CODESYS is a leading software platform for the development and engineering of industrial automation control systems.
IoT-Solutions & Installation
We deliver ready-made solutions for you. However, if you have a technology wish to be used yourself, we will install it for you, gladly also together with the commissioning / integration. As an independent service provider, we have already processed many components.
5G campus networks
We have been active in the area of 5G campus networks since 2018. We support you, for example, with an introductory workshop and offer expertise in feasibility issues, market analysis and contact brokering. As a MECSware partner, we are specialised. Our know-how also extends to industrial terminals, e.g. Siemens (MUM) and Teltonika.
Docker
Docker installation, setup and communication exchange is becoming more and more common (also from RSConnect). Very often, ready-made solutions can be purchased for desired applications, and we support you in this, of course also with the implementation.
Node-RED
No matter on which devices you want to use this tool, we use it, for example, to work out solutions quickly and efficiently. IT functions in particular are easy to integrate and implement here. You will receive our support for the installation, set-up and assistance with the appropriate content to realise your application.

OPC UA
We use OPC UA technology to network machines with IT systems. Whether it is a question of security models, certificates or transmission mechanisms, we have the expertise to provide you with a solution for using the technology.
Webservices, REST
Reading and writing via web services is a common method, especially for IT/ERP systems. Supporting this directly from the machine - and thus without detours on the shop floor - is efficient. Technologies for establishing connections, e.g. session handling, are also part of our competence.
M-bus Protokoll
This protocol is mainly used for energy meters. Device selection, addressing, parameterisation and networking are our areas of expertise.
MQTT
IT systems such as cloud platforms or similar tools on premise use the protocol. Our experience lies in the hardware parameterisation as well as in the use of e.g. JSON messages.
Modbus TCP/RTU
Whether energy meters or other data suppliers, the Modbus protocol is very widespread and can be installed relatively easily, also with regard to the hardware. We provide support in the design, set-up and ultimately also up to the data traffic.
Fanuc Focas
The Focas protocol is also used with Fanuc controllers in machine tools. We advise on communication, the necessary tools, set up the interface on the machine and carry out communication tests.
